This is the one we have done
    BBQ MEATBALLS

    1 lb Burger
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 egg

    Mix and shape into 20 – 1 1/2″ balls. Put on a ungreased 13×9″ pan and bake for 20-25 mins @ 400*

And i usually put my meatballs in to a BBQ Sauce in the crock, with very few leftovers, when we have had parties.
  • Kath Hoelzlhammer Sauce is from “Parkview Middle Schools” Cookbook

This is for 2 1/2 lbs of sauce and it will keep quite some time in the frig after being made.
    1/4c salad oil
    3 Tbsp onion powder
    3Cups tomato sauce
1 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
    3/4 Cup vinegar
    3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    4 Tbsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp Salt ( This is a debatable amount)
I put all these ingredients in to the crock and let it cook, or you can do it on the stove. I do it in the crock so I can add my meat to it.
