Banana Frosting
1/2 c. Mashed banana (1 lg Banana)
1/4 c. Butter
1lb. (3 1/2 c.) Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
Mix your banana and lemon juice together Cream butter with 1 c. sugar then add banana and enough of remaining sugar to make it thick enough to put over cake. Can double recipe if needed.
