Green Granny Smith apples – 6 (you can use red apples if you wish)
Bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped – 3 ounces
Premium white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped – 2½ ounces
Wooden sticks – 6
Method:
Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the stems and insert the wooden sticks in each.
Place the bittersweet chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave it for a minute or until it melts, while stirring it every 20 seconds to smoothen it.
Hold one apple at a time at the stick over the bowl and drip 2 teaspoons of melted chocolate on it. Place the apples on a baking sheet with wax paper.
Take the Premium baking chocolate in a glass bowl and microwave it for a minute, or until it melts while stirring it every 15 seconds to smoothen it.
Hold each apple, one at a time, over the bowl and pour 1½ teaspoons of melted chocolate over it.
Place each apple on a baking sheet with wax paper and chill them until ready to serve.
