BRINE FOR CHICKEN PORK OR TURKEY

Fabulous Brine for your Chicken, Pork, or Turkey:I use about:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup saltCombine the two ingredients, put in just enough hot tap water to dissolve it, then finish filling your bowl that your gonna soak the meat in. Put in your preferred meat, and let brine for at least 2 hrs. The longer you brine (up to 4-6hrs) the better it is. After you are through with the brine, take out and rinse your meat, and pat dry. Continue on with your recipe as usual. After you have tried this one time, I promise, you will NEVER go back to not brining. It will make the most tender, juicy meat ever…Enjoy
