WHIPPING CREAM POUND CAKE
3 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter (softened room temp)
7 eggs (room temperature)
3 c. cake flour (sifted twice)
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Butter and flour 10 inch tube pan, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Mix half flour, then whipping cream, then other half of flour and add vanilla. Pour into prepared pan, set in cold over, turn heat to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour to 70 minutes. Cool.
