Got some steak that is not so tender? Need  a good recipe? Make Swiss Steak.
SWISS STEAK
dredging on flower with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder of you want. Brown in skillet/ hot oil. Add water or a large can of crushed or diced tomatoes to cover. Bake at 325* for 1.5 hrs or more. Tender and delicious!
