SERENA’S TROPICAL MARSHMALLOW SALAD

2 1/2 Cups Multi Colored Marshmallows

1 16 oz Tub Cool Whip

1 Large (4.6 oz) Dry Pudding Mix

1 15 oz can Very Cherry Fruit Mix, Undrained

3  Green Golden Delicious Apples, Sliced thin, chopped

1-2  Oranges, Peeled and cut up over mixing bowl (as to not loose ANY of the juice)

about 1/3 cup pecans

about 1/3 cup sliced almonds

5 Tbsp Shredded coconut

2 Tbsp Orange Juice

Pour Dry Mix and Marshmallows in large mixing bowl, take rubber spatula and scrape out cool whip into mixing bowl, mix well and add your undrained can of Cherry Fruit and the rest of  your ingredients.. you can leave out what you don’t like, make it like YOU like it.. for instance if you don’t like nuts leave them out..

Cover with lid or saran wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.. (course I always dip into it anyway.. LOL pic is of it FRESHLY made… it thickens as it sets.. but it is good fresh too)

Didn’t have any strawberries or grapes  but they would have went very well in this… you could add any kind of fruit you wanted really like pineapple, or bananas (add those before serving as not to be slimy and brown).. I will make one this summer with berries… blackberries, raspberries, blue berries, and straw berries but leave out the canned fruit mix… just add a tad of Sprite or 7 up to make up your liquid.
