I made these up  for my little boy Jesse’s birthday party tomorrow in my Sunday School Class. We always celebrate each child’s birthday.. Jesse’s birthday is actually on the 26th but we will be gone next weekend so we are celebrating tomorrow.

Serena’s Candy Bar Cupcakes

Make chocolate cupcakes WITHOUT the cupcake liners… you can spray bakers Joy to make sure they come out of the pan… you will need liners but not till the end of the recipe.

Bake your cup cakes make sure not to overbake them so they will be moist.

Next take them out and put on cooling rack to cool (you really need a cooling rack for this recipe)

you will need an assortment of candy bars you like.. I used Twix, Kit Kat, Hershey Bar, M & M’s and Reese Cups.

I also used hot fudge, and caramel sauce as well as marshmallow fluff.

prepare your work station.. get some bowls and put your chopped candies in them.. you are now ready to assemble

You will ice the tops of your cup cakes  with the marshmallow fluff

Next you will take a spoon and drizzle caramel sauce around tops of cupcakes..

just a small amount of the chocolate will do.. not much..

take your hershey bar squares and place at an angle in middle of the cupcakes

then decorate with rest of candy bars..

finally take your cupcake and put very carefully into a cup cake wrapper..

I am packing them up for my Sunday School Class tomorrow…

enjoy
