so you are in a hurry yet again mom…. you want a nice side like a baked potato but you got quite a few to do and  EVEN the Microwave method is still too much hassle..

GRAB your Pressure Cooker.. put some salt water in there.. pierce the middle of the potatoes with a knife and throw in some scrubbed potatoes. Turn the stove eye on, lock your top.. don’t start timing until you come to pressure..

I wish I could tell you how long I do them for but I never seem to time them.. I promise I will time them next time I do them.. but anyway.. they come out WONDERFUL and soft and perfect in no time at all.. check your potatoes once you open your lid and if you didn’t put enough time on them it doesn’t take very long at all to bring back to pressure..  you will soon get a feel for it and know exactly when they are done.
