What you will need:

18″ Grapevine wreath (Wal-mart only has them at Christmas time)
20 bundles of artificial flowers
Small Decorations (anything you may like)
2 Yards Ribbon
Hot glue gun
Hot glue sticks

Start by wrapping the ribbon around the wreath gluing both ends to the wreath.
Cut the stims of the flowers only leaving about 1 inch of stem.
Press 3 flowers into wreath and glue where there is no ribbon.
Glue the decorations to the ribbon that is wrapped around the wreath
Sometimes I spray glitter paint to the flowers to give them a sparkle!

To make the bow:

What you need:
Ribbon
1 stick of wire (I use artifical flower stems)
Cut the ribbon: 1 at 20″ one at 16″ one at 12″ one at 4″
Fold the 20″,16″ and 12″ peices in half one on top of the other wrapping the center with wire.
You want to put the large one on the bottom and the small one on top.
Using the 4″ one to wrap around the center where the wire is to hide the wire then using your glue to hold the ends together.
Glue on your wreath then fluff out to make a big bow.

Takes me about 4 hours to complete if I am consistant.
