you have some leftover hamburger buns from your meal one day.. save them for your next meal and use them as garlic bread..

Simply take a large clove of fresh garlic.. smash your garlic clove with the side of your knife and the palm of your hand  it will pop the skin off the clove and at the same time release the juices of the garlic clove.

Now simply rub the garlic clove over each slice of bread.

Now spray with butter

Sprinkle a pinch of parsley flakes over the slices

now add a bit of mozzarella cheese over each slice and toast.

Serve with your meal as a tasty addition saving money by using up your leftover buns =)

  • Sherry Church Browning I like to take leftover buns or rolls, brush on some extra virgin olive oil, a touch of kosher or sea salt and a little Italian seasoning. Put them oil side down on the grill or under the broiler until golden brown…YUM!!
