HOMEMADE PAN ROLLS WITH PEPPERONI INSIDE
Get you a great big mixing bowl (cafeteria size) in it put:
2 1/2 cups of good all purpose flour
about 1/2 cup of sugar
2 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp of Yeast  or  2 pkg’s of Rapid rise yeast like fleiscmann’s
in a SEPARATE bowl:
1 egg
1 stick of butter
2 cups of Hot Water (water should be hot but not overly  hot or will kill yeast, like baby bottle)
try to mix up best you can with a fork the hot water will melt the butter as you work at it with the fork…..
then take 3/4 of the liquid and start slowly adding to the flour mixture…. use a wooden spoon till gets to a loose ball…..
then at this point take about 2 cups of flour and start to knead into the ball you may have to add a little more until it is not so sticky……
make it smooth and pliable
spray a glass bowl with pam or oil it lightly with veg oil place in bowl and cover with damp towel and a couple more towels  put in a warm spot for 1 hour it will double in size…

pinch off some dough and take a slice or two of pepperoni and put on the pinch of dough..

roll into balls..(about the size of a meatball) and put in greased or pam sprayed cake pan..
side by side leaving a bit of space. sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese..( very lightly). cover and let raise an hour in warm spot..… then  spray top with butter pam.. put in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or so..
brush with melted butter soon as come out…
enjoy!

HAM AND SWISS PAN ROLLS

Sis.Serena we went by the pepperoni roll recipe you posted today!

I only had the rectangle shaped ham lunch meat and a pack of Swiss cheese. I would cut my Swiss in half and place it on 1 end of the ham and then roll it up, and then I folded it in half again.

We then placed it in the middle of my dough.

Then I folded it up like a present, we put it back in the oven until they rose the 2nd time.

Then we cooked them. They were very good! But when I can we are gonna make pepperoni rolls.
