Fry up 3 pounds of sausage in skillet, make it small and crumbly.

(you can season it how you like, Black pepper, a little red pepper flakes, sage or even garlic powder your choice of seasonings)

drain off any oil, shouldn’t have much anyways, and transfer it to your Crock pot or Snack Pot.

Then add in two cans of Mild Rotel, and one can of drained yellow corn, and two 8 oz.  packages of cream cheese and about 1 cup of velveeta cheese.

Stir ingredients well and put crock pot on low.

Once its bubbly and all ingredients are melded together put on warm and serve with Corn Tortilla chips or Scoopables.
