Dawn’s Cube Steak Recipe Submitted By Dawn Hughes-Weber

Using Cube Steak that has been tenderized with fork or pounded
I dip mine in water,
roll in flour, sprinkle a little seasoning on it
and fry it lightly in frying pan,
when about half done, I put in a casserole dish and cover with brown gravy
and pop in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour on 350 or so…better known as salisbury steak, but this is my homemade version…you can either make your own gravy or use the brown gravy packets for convenience…both are good…
serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
