CUSTARD ICE CREAM 

2 Eggs

2 c. Milk Scalded

6 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla Flavoring

1/8 Tsp Salt

1 1/2 c. Evaporated Milk, or Cream 

Beat eggs till yolks and whites are blended. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. Add your milk slowly, stir constantly. Cook over hot water, till mixture coats a spoon. Remove from fire at once. Chill. Add flavoring and evaporated milk or cream. Freeze.
