take your chicken pieces.. rinse in cold water. Take  LOW FAT ITALIAN  Dressing and coat your chicken pieces in.

Place them on a cookie sheet, salt and pepper and COVER with Foil sealing edges.

Put in Oven on 350 degrees for 25  minutes. then put back in uncovered for 25 more to get the skin done.. (if still isn’t done put up top under broiler to get skin crisper)

when juices run clear the chicken is done..  YOU can  at this point take out and eat as is.. or you can brush BBQ sauce on the chicken pieces about 15 minutes before taking  out of oven
