I served this with Colavita Angel Hair Pasta Nests,  but honestly I enjoy Egg Noodles or Penne  Pasta with this dish more ..

two boneless skinless chicken breasts, parboil in water till tender and done. drain add salt and pepper chunk up set aside

Veggie Stir Fry

mince up about 1-2 garlic cloves, and about 2 Tbsp of chopped onion  (equal to the end of a small onion)

Now you will need 1 medium or two small skinny zucchini slice in half then slice again then dice into bite size chunks

I got a bag of Stir Fry Veggies but the snow peas, and broccoli is all I use, not the carrots.. put them back in fridge.

cup or so of cauliflower chopped

heat 1/2 stick butter in large pan, add lg pkg of mushrooms of your choice  with a Tbsp green pepper, stir

Saute your Mushrooms and green pepper and then add your stir fry veggies  and 3 tbsp butter, salt and pepper

add  about a 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, stir well, and put lid on.. turn down heat to a medium simmer till tender

Cream  Sauce

take the rest of the small onion you had earlier and chop it up to get about 4 Tbsp of onion , mince 2 large cloves garlic and add to the chicken you have

take and add to the stir fry and add a Tbsp of Butter

on medium heat add 2 cups heavy whipping cream, and 4 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese.. stir let thicken

Add Tsp of Basil, Pepper, 3 Tbsp Thick Sour Cream or Cream Fresh

stir and simmer make Pasta

angel hair pasta  nests

you will not need the whole bag… only about half.. I actually prefer Penne Pasta with this Cream Sauce but am making this today.

add the pasta to Boiling salt water, let get tender but try not to get it to where it is falling apart, drain carefully

Pour your cream sauce over all of your noodles except for some nests you have reserved for the top, sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese, Pepper and parsley over top. Add a dollop of heavy cream or  Cream Fresh to the top of each Pasta Nest

Serve warm with Garlic Fried Asparagus Spears

of your dish needs more moisture you can add some regular milk, but it should be fine unless you added too many noodles which is easy to do sometimes..
