if you like crunchy edges.. try using a cast iron square pan..

YELLOW CORNBREAD CAST IRON COOKING

2 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp Baking Soda

1 3/4 cup yellow  Cornmeal

1/2 cup sugar
2 cup  buttermilk
1/2 cup Veg Oil
2 Egg

Combine together and put into a lightly buttered square cast iron pan bake around 30 min at 400.
