Mom’s Peter Paul Mounds Cake

Make a two-layer chocolate cake mix or bundt and split in half

Let completely cool

Filling

1 cup sugar, 24 large marshmallows, 1 cup milk, 1 7oz pkg coconut Cook milk sugar and marshmallows until melted. Take off stove add coconut spread between layers and on top of cake.

Icing

2 tbsp cocoa, 1 half cup of margarine (1 stick) 16 large marshmallows, 1 box confectioners sugar, milk

 

 

 

 

 

Melt together chocolate, margarine and marshmallows; add confectionary sugar, and enough milk to get to spreading consistency put over cake
