ZUCCHINI BROWNIES WITH NUTELLA OR CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup semi sweet choc chips
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the oil, sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Fold in the zucchini and choc chips.

Bake for 25  minutes in the preheated oven,

take out at 20 minutes and sprinkle more sugar cinnamon and powdered sugar then back in for last 5 minutes

Frost with your Nutella mixture

Mix  2 Tbsp Nutella in cup

1 tbsp milk

microwave one minute

take out stir well with fork add 4 Tbsp confect sugar mix well with fork

pour over brownies

enjoy

Note:

if desire can frost with   Nutella or a chocolate frosting made of confectionary sugar mixed with 1/3 cup cocoa, melted butter and a tad of milk
