White Fish Soup

 

3 Swai fillets cut into 1″ pieces


1/3 head of Cauliflower
1 Red Pepper
1 large Tomato
4 Scallions
pinch of Tarragon
ground Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

4 ounces of Lemon Pepper Linguini
filtered water to cover ingredients 

Medium heat until Cauliflower is cooked.
