Cover the affected parts with a paste of Cow Brand Bircarbonate of Soda and water. Immediately upon application a cooling sensation will be experienced. When the moisture has been absorbed from the paste, the fire of the burn will have disappeared and the danger of blistering is lessened. Application of the paste as soon as possible after one is burned is advisable.
