SERENA’S STRAWBERRY LEMON PUDDING CAKE
Easy and fast but beautiful for that special event
Take 1 lemon cake mix and mix as directed on package
add 1 small box of lemon pudding (dry) mix well
pour into two treated rounds
bake at 350 for about 22 minutes.
take out and let cool almost completely.
Take some fresh strawberries and wash, hull and cut into chunks.. pour some sugar over top of them and add one pkg of pre made glaze.
Take a bit of marshmallow fluff and spread thin layer
spread half of the strawberry mixture over top of marshmallow fluff
place top half of lemon cake on to the strawberries
next take a very small amount of marshmallow creme and randomly string across top of cake.
put rest of strawberries over top
Now you will take a dollop of cool whip or whipped cream.. and one whole strawberry with leaves left on to garnish,. sprinkling some shaved chocolate on top…
put in fridge to chill until serving time..
