use romain lettuce leaves, and fill with sauted steak,(new york strip is my favorite), add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and cut up scallions. i usually satue the steak to rare with garlic, green onions or scallions, and red pepper flakes. let set to cool so it doesnt wilt the lettuce.

 

these are great, quick, and easy! You can spice the steak anyway you like. Just dont over cook the meat, its best served rare
