I’m just getting ready for Thanksgiving,lol ..It’s Autumn Glory Week here & turkey dinners are being served all over Garrett County…. so I decided I serve my own turkey dinner,lol what’s easier than rinsing off a thawed turkey,drying it off with a few paper towels, covering it with a stick of melted “Butter”, salt & pepper then baking it uncovered at 400 til brown & then covering it with foil & adding a Qt or 2 of water (so you’ll have some nice broth) turn the temp back to 350 & roast for a few hrs….then 300 til dinner. “I guess the chicken in the can would be quicker”, lol
