olive spread: 8 oz. cream cheese softened,
1/2 cup Hellmanns ,
4 oz. ripe black olives chopped,
1 bunch green onions finely chopped.
mix hellmanns and cream cheese by hand.
mix in olives and onions. use for finger sandwiches.
this is always a big hit at get together’s or showers.

Joyce Martin This is almost like my ex-Mother-In-Law’s…… cream cheese with black olives and crumbled blue cheese, roll into a ball and cover in pecans…. so good!
