Peanut Butter Balls 

3 cups smooth peanut butter (Jiff 28 oz)

1/2 cup plus 1 Tablespoon butter

4 3/4 cup powdered sugar

3 cups Rice Krispies

1-12 ounce plus 1-6 ounce bag real chocolate chips (3 cups total)

3/4 block parafin 

Mix together the first 4 ingredients and roll into balls. 

Melt parafin in microwave or melt slowly in a small crock pot. 

Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper and freeze. Will keep 6 monts on freezer. 

*hint: It’s easer to dip the balls if they are frozen first, then use a toothpick to dip them in the chocolate.
