Ranger cookies:

1cup soft butter

1 c. lt. br. sugar

1 c. white sugar

2 lg. eggs

2 tsp,vanilla

beat together w/mixer.

add1 3/4 c. king Arthur flour

1/2 t.baking powder

,and 1/2 t. b, soda.

,1/2 tsp. salt

2 c. quick cook oats,

1 1/2 c, Rice Crispies,

I/2 c.chopped pecans,

3/4 c. coconut,

 

1 1/2 c. any kind of chips. I used butterscotch this time.

Roll in 1 1/2 in balls and put on parchment.

Flatten slightly/Bake at 350 12-13 min.Lt brown, and they will be chewy.

If you want them crispy…chop and put over icecream.smile
