1 qt frozen strawberries
1 stick margarine
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Put strawberries in pan with butter once starts to thaw and liquify, add in sugar and cornstarch.
In separate bowl mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/3 c self rising flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
Pour batter over fruit and into 350 degree oven till done .. maybe 25 min
