QUICK AND EASY COLD BOWTIE’S AND PEA SALAD
Boil you some bowtie pasta in salted water, do not over boil.. you want it to be JUST done, it needs a bite to it..
Drain
add your peas
add salt
add parmesan cheese
add a dash of pepper
Add half a regular size bottle of zesty italian dressing mix well put in fridge till cold
after it is cold take out and add in the rest of the Italian dressing as it will have dried out some.. mix with fork and serve with your supper
I served mine with BBQ Chicken, Cheesy Potato Cakes, Broccoli & Cheese
