Pork shoulder roast : onion small red potatoes ,cumin.spanish paprika,garlic powered salt,I brown the roast in the stove,later I place the roast in the oven cover,I use the juices of the roast with a litter water,(wish was sherry,but I don’t have sherry today) cook ….let out let rest cut and serve the onions give a wonderful flavor…
