RECIPE SUBMITTED BY Diana Kincaid Smallwood
A great glaze to use on pork chops or basically any meat: 2 parts brown sugar, 1 part Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Heat in pot till slightly thickened. I brown my meat in olive oil and season it with salt and pepper, and the last few minutes (maybe 5 or so) I pour on glaze and turn the meat in it, and let it simmer till done. Wonderful.
  • Serena Adkins Ellison mmmm we buy pork chops a lot thanks. Cause for one they are very affordable.
  • Diana Kincaid Smallwood you are welcome, it may be just a little bit more than 2 parts brown sugar. Taste it to see. It is good.
  • Leon Trent I use the same thing for ham except I add some mustard.
