1 12 oz pkg egg noodles

1 1b ground chuck

1 onion chopped small

2 garlic cloves minced

1 pkg mozzerella shredded cheese

Kraft Parmesan Cheese

1 can Hunts Tomato Sauce

1 can Hunts Tomato Paste

1 can Water filled in Tomato Paste Can

1/2 Cup of Prego Traditional Sauce (I had it left over from pizza rolls and threw it in you don’t have too add it but it did turn out nice)

Pepperoni.. whole slices or cut up

(can add mushrooms thinly sliced green peppers as well if you wish)

put your egg noodles in water with salt and boil till just tender.. do not over boil toss in parmesan cheese and pepper with a tsp of olive oil. put in Deep Casserole Dish.

Dice onions and garlic small put into sauce pan and cook in tiny amount of veg oil stir with wooden spoon.. add in ground chuck and brown.. salt and pepper well. if lots of grease drain, otherwise keep going to next step.

Pour in Hunts Tomato Paste and Sauce. Add in the Prego Traditonal. Then add parmesan cheese. Taste sauce to make sure it is satisfactory and needs no changes .. add pepperoni to sauce and pour over egg noodles.. toss lightly as to get sauce incorporated well. Then top with Shredded Mozz cheese and shake some parsley flakes over top lightly. Put in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is melted..
