PAM’S SEARCH FOR PINEAPPLE RIBBON BROWNIES
POST SUBMITTED BY Pam D’Eon-Nickerson
I am looking for a recipe for pineapple ribbon brownies if anyone has one? It’s a chocolate and vanilla recipe where you put the crushed pineapple in the batter before you add the chocolate. Then you swirl the vanilla batter in the chocolate batter. I’ve found a few on line but they all taste like card board. I lost my original one, and that one I loved because it was so moist and yummy. If anyone has a good version, please post here asap. I’m dying for a fix lol.

ok ladies, I’ve made them and these are the closest ones I could make next to my old recipe. The only thing I would do different, is instead of 1 cup of batter for the pineapple, just use 1/2 cup instead because that will give you more room to ripple the batter. Also, use 3 squares of chocolate instead of 2…one other recommendation is only use melted chocolate, not cocoa as cocoa seems to make the brownies dry. This is the second day and they are still moist.
