Pepper Jelly
1-1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 c hot red peppers chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
6 1/2 c sugar
1 bottle Certo
food coloring red or green
Combine peppers vinegar and sugar, boil hard fro 3 min ( a boil you can not stir down. Strain and add certo food coloring boil 1 min pour into clean jars and seal with paraffin. Serve on crackers makes 3 1/2 pints.
