PEANUT BUTTER HEATH BAR PIE
picture of the peanut butter pie that I made yesterday; I topped it off with Health bar chips and it has an oreo cookie crust. Will post recipe later, it’s easy. Also, here is a pic of my one eyed rescue dog with his front paws on my step ladder I was on to take the pics of the pie. The recipe is from my oldest niece,Donna L Adkins.
Peanut Butter Pie by Donna Adkins
1 chocolate cookie or chocolate graham pie shell
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoon milk
2 – 8 oz. containers Cool Whip
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy, add peanut butter and milk until mixed. Fold in one container of Cool Whip and pour into pie shell. Top with the other container of Cool Whip. Chill
Can top with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, chocolate curls or chocolate syrup if desired. I used Heath bar chips on top of mine.
This is very rich, so serve small portions.”
