CHOLESTEROL – FREE EGG SUBSTITUTE 3 egg whites
1/4 c. nonfat milk
1 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. vegetable oil

 

Beat egg whites lightly with a fork and add remaining ingredients, beating until thoroughly blended. Equivalent to 2 whole eggs.

Easy Way  Popcorn Balls

Mix together until dissolved

1 cup white Karo Syrup

1 cup sugar

1 pkg red jello

Cook a few minutes until it jells

Pour over  5 quarts of popped  corn. Mix thoroughly and form into balls. Makes 24 balls
