Pancakes with Old Mill’s Maple Butter…. delish!!!!
This morning we decided to make pancakes and use some of the Maple Crystals we bought at Old Mill in Tennessee for their famous Maple Butter Spread.. the spread tastes like pancakes so I thought what better to serve it with than PANCAKES mmmmmm…
you just dissolve 4 Tbsp of the crystals in 2 Tbsp warm water and add 2 sticks butter and whip… pretty easy.. My mom said we can make this Maple Spread easily next time and taste the same as Old Mills by using Maple flavoring and brown sugar or reg sugar and a little water to dissolve..… I am going to try it and compare to this butter and let you know how it goes
