MONEY SAVING TIPS:

I got some great big family pack chicken breasts on sale today, great price so I grabbed some freezer bags, labeled some chicken strips, and some breasts… cut off the fat (keep that) and separated the chicken and froze it all but what I will use to cook with today… Then take the fat trimmings and put in sauce pan,(can add any herbs you like a little onion and celery even or just plain like I did and season later) add a little water and salt and boil until you see your chicken stock take shape.. you can strain and use that chicken stock to cook with. Just put in a jar with lid and into the fridge. when ready to use. you can skim off fat easily if desire…. saves money and is very tasty in so many things.

this way doesn’t make a lot of stock just a little
