Miniature Pizzas
From the kitchen of: Denise Kellum
Ingredients:
2 loaves Miniature cocktail rye bread
2 lbs. Hamburger
2 lbs. Sausage (hot or mild)
2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese
2 cans Chopped green chilies (hot or mild)
1 Onion, chopped (optional)

Directions:
1. Brown meats and drain.
2. Add cheese and stir in green chilies.
3. Heat, stirring until blended.
4. Put on cocktail rye bread.
5. Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes or until toasted.

Note: Can be layered in covered dish between wax paper and frozen. Take out as needed.
