MAYONNAISE BACON CHEESE BISCUIT CRUMBLE

Fry up some bacon pieces

2 Cup self rising flour

2 Tablespoon sugar

4 Tablespoon mayonnaise

3/4 Cup milk

Mix well add crumbled bacon bits

mix with fork gently folding over a couple times

get your usual heavy iron skillet or Cornbread pan I have a nice heavy galvanized aluminum one I use for this .. put some butter in it and put in the oven to get it hot and when butter is melted take it out and just drop in the biscuit batter with your fork doesn’t need to be pretty

Bake at 400-450 degrees. for 12-15 minutes.. or till done

I end the last minute on broil for nice tops always..

then sprinkle with Shredded cheddar cheese a bit on top and back in the warm oven that is turned off.. just to melt the cheese quick..

take out and serve with fried chicken and gravy and green beans..
