MARSHMALLOW COCA COLA CAKE
3 sticks butter or margarine
3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup coca cola
2 c unsifted all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
Combine Margarinem cocoa and cola. Heat to boiling. combine flour and sugar. our cola mixture over and stir. to dont beat. Add buttermilk and eggs then add soda and vanilla. stir in marshmallows. Pour into greased and floured pan. bake in preheated 350 degree oven until cake tests done. frost while hot
Frosting
in saucepan combine 1 stick of margarine 3 tbsp cocoa and 6 tbsp Coca Cola. heat to boiling and pour over 1 lb confectionary sugar and beat well. stir in 1 cup finely chopped pecans
