Gnocchi with Bacon and Parm. Cheese

fresh parsley I still have growing in the house…I love this stuff……u take and fry 5 peace of bacon,boil your gnocchi,and then put it on paper towel to dry,then u put the gnocchi in the bacon grease sauteed,then put your gnocchi on paper towel to drain off bacon grease,remove bacon grease from your pan then put in 3 Tabs.butter crumble bacon add gnocchi and cheese,I love this it so good!!!
