Homemade sun dried tomatoes.

grape tomatoes with salt and pepper, garlic, EVOO, oregano and rosemary. Bake on a 225 degree oven anywhere from 3-6 hours, depending on thickness of tomatoes. These took close to 3. You let them cool completely then put them in glass jars and store in your refrigerator. They last a good bit and you can use the oil too.
Best part is you can add any seasonings and herbs you like. Don’t peel the garlic and then you can use the roasted garlic on hot crusty bread or pasta or really anything. The oil that is left I use to pack them in mason jars with
