6 Potatoes

3 Tablespoons butter

6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)

2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 Cup milk

Directions:

Arrange sliced potatoes in greased dish or pan. Dot with butter. Arrange chops over potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over all. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender.
