4 pounds of chinked boneless skinless chicken

1 cup of brown sugar

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 20 oz can pineapple tie backs with juice

out in crock pot and let go on low all day while you go about your day

once chicken is tender I like to finish mine in the oven to make my sticky sauce

I add my chicken and pineapples and a little of the juice

sprinkle with brown sugar and a little white sugar and a little more soy shake lightly with black pepper toss with spoon and sprinkle again with sugar and put under 500 degree broiler

let edges of chicken barely blacken and sugar caramelize

I served it with fried corn cake  fritters and my home canned potatoes fried in butter
