A good ham and cheese omelet is easy.. just remember don’t  get it UNDERDONE leaving  it runny, and don’t get it OVER done making it dry

you only need 2 eggs beaten with some heavy cream. add in some salt and pepper and a pinch of parsley flakes

then get a smooth pan, spray some pam on it lightly pour in the  egg and give the pan a little half tilt take some diced ham chunks some diced tomato and onion if desire and sprinkle lightly on omelet.

take some shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle over just before closing the flap

top with some more cheese and salsa… very delicious and filling breakfast.
