Granny’s Blueberry Syrup

4 cups blueberries
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup pectin, 1 box dry pectin

In large heavy pan place blueberries and water. Mash berries and cook over medium low heat until hot and bubbly. Mix together sugar and pectin and add to berries; whisk until all is dissolved. Heat until hot and Bubbly; reduce heat to simmer for an hour or so, whisking often. Serve hot. Makes about 3 jelly jars full.
