Boneless chicken breasts

1 can evaporated milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can of French’s fried onions 

Directions: 

Place chicken in a 9X13 pan. Mix milk and soup in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Top with fried onions. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes. This makes the best gravy. 

would also be good with Cream of Chicken soup
