GILLETTS (waffle cookies)
4 cups All Purpose Flour
3 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
8 Extra Large Eggs
1 pound Butter
4 Tablespoons of real vanilla
Cream together egg yoaks, brown sugar, and butter, add flour (a little at a time) . Then add vanilla (it should be the color of honey). Whip egg whites and fold in by hand. Bake in waffle iron.
